Refund policy
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused/unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue promptly and work to make it right
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or products that have been opened.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Cancellations
Please note that any cancellation will incur a 5% fee of the total order value to cover associated processing costs.
