Shipping policy

Dispatch Times:

We aim to ship all orders thats are not part of a pre order within one working day.
We will not ship orders on Bank Holidays or Weekends.

Shipping: 

Standard delivery time: 2-3 days via Evri for £2.99

Express delivery time: 1-2 days via DPD for £5.99

On some occasions the courier may fail to deliver your item on time, if this happens please contact us and we will contact our courier to find out where your item is.

If your item has been lost in the post, PokeBhav will provide you with a refund for your item or replacement item. PokeBhav cannot be held responsible if the courier is late.
